In order to deliver you the correct and right product, our team of experts do a rigorous check in terms of the fabric’s impeccable quality, it’s color, it’s quantity as per the order number and code before it’s ready for dispatch. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or service, we allow a return of any product. Our terms of Exchange Within 15 Days and Refund Policy are as follows :-
- You may change/cancel your order if it is not yet processed. To do so, please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number and your request.
- International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to certain custom duty norms and policies of each country.
- All our products undergo through quality checks before delivery, still you find that the product is damaged, kindly email us the picture/s of the product within 3 Days from the order receipt. Once we confirm the order damage, Customer will click the pick and send video on firstname.lastname@example.org, We will take certain actions should be taken on time. For international orders, you do not have to return the fabric. For domestic orders we’ll arrange the pick up once we confirm it.
- Return policy – Before Cutting the Fabric, Kindly check all results of the fabric. Company will not be responsible after cutting the fabric. The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
- In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will exchange the product free of cost and will send the original product ordered. But please note, it has to be intimated to us via email on email@example.com immediately or within 48 hours on receipt of the product. Hence, we urge you to check the product received immediately upon receipt.
- If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns / exchange / replacement request. SALE products are final sale only unless the product is defected/ damaged or the product is not what you ordered for.
- We have a reverse service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days for domestic orders only (India). Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number.
- If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account.. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 10 – 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be credited if the order is returned by you.
- If coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and remaining amount will be refunded.
- If you return the product the amount paid for prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Certain Days will take to process your specific products in different qualities on a bulk quantities order. For such orders Advance Payment will be 30% to 40 % & from the day of order confirmation. Time will counted and the order will be delivered and as before time.
